Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Seamingly Basic ships to customers located within the US
• Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt
• Items ship from our supplier partners, and will arrive within 10-20 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped. 

RETURN INFORMATION

• If you don't love your item, no problem! We accept returns within 30 days after the date the item was delivered
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria
• We will do our best to accommodate your situation, but we reserve the right to withdraw if excessive returns are requested, or if we deem the customer to be attempting to take advantage
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping expense 
• If your return is accepted, we will issue your refund to your original payment method once your returned item has been received. We aim to refund you within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed back on your original payment method.
